Is there a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order amount. You can order a plaque for your business, or a t-shirts for your whole team.

When is my invoice due?
Your Invoice is due 30 days from day of pickup or shipment.

Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancelled orders will be billed for all labor and material costs incurred. A credit for any stock items not imprinted will be issued with a 25% restocking charge applied. If an order is cancelled or changed during or after production and prior to shipment, you will be responsible for all cost incurred up to the date of cancellation or change.

Are returns allowed?
We do allow returns, but require authorization prior to the return of any materials.

How are my items packaged?
Each item is packaged individually.

Why are there no prices listed?
Prices are subject to change and are determined by many factors like engraving styles, color choices, sizes, availability, and production times. Please contact us with your order and we will suply a quote.

How long will the production time for my order be?
Production time is the period after artwork approval and factory ship date. Large quantities and the time of year may require extra production time. Repeat orders require the same normal production time. We assume no responsibility for any delays caused by common carriers. Standard production time for products is 2-3 weeks. Please check with us for the timing of your specific order.

Can I rush my order?
Rush charges apply to orders required sooner than the normal production time. Please call our Customer Service Department to confirm ship date availability and charges.
